MY STORY
Capturing the world through a camera lens is where I find my greatest joy. When I’m shooting, the viewfinder becomes my gateway to a realm where I feel both disconnected from and deeply connected to the world. It’s as if I’m orchestrating reality with my compositions. Editing extends this journey, allowing me to explore countless possibilities until I discover the perfect one, knowing another awaits just around the corner.

My journey began in 2009 when I saw myself breakdancing on an old camera screen. Since then, my life has been an adventure through the lenses of various cameras, each revealing a unique world.

I’ve had the privilege of shooting and editing four documentaries, one of which won three international festival awards. My work includes an Emmy-winning project for HBO titled Hostages, as well as projects for Vice, PBS, the United Nations, and numerous local businesses in Iran. Currently, I am working on a personal project creating short documentaries featuring artists based in Iran. This project stems from my curiosity to understand how other artists think and see the world, to meet great people along the way, and to showcase the vibrant art scene of Iran to the world. Explore the works section of my website to see my projects and journey unfold.
